I waited an hour and a half to get 1 sandwich. When I called, I had to call four times before anyone answered the phone. When they did answer, they were very rude to me, telling me "We don't have any drivers to bring you your delivery order, but we will try to get it to you." After waiting another 20 minutes, I went into the store. I still paid full price after waiting 90 minutes for a sandwich, my lunch break was long over. It took them another 10 minutes to find my order. The food was okay but it did not make up for the staffs attitude. I would definitely wait to order from here for a few more weeks until the staff gets it together! Very disappointed with my first Erbert and Gerbert's experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Yesterday, a Wednesday, I stopped by Erberts and Gerberts at 1:30 PM to grab some lunch. Someone was ahead of me in the drive through and when they got their order I pulled up. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one taking my order! I even said "hello?!" Into it a few times. Decided that wasn't worth my business so instead of going inside to order I decided to go to Culver's instead. When I drove by the window I saw no workers inside behind the counter at all. Awful customer service!
Good sandwich, clean restaurant, respectful staff. I found it odd that they didn't seem to know what a Shortcake was, but they made me one when I explained it.
Delicious as always, not the friendliest place, but the subs are great!
It took 25 min for me to get my sandwhiches. It's a new store but the sandwhich makers should get the lead out. They moved and reacted very slowly. Next time I'll call ahead. Sandwich was good but the cashier never asked of I wanted wheat or white bread. I got wheat by default.
