I haven't heard of really good experiences lately.
Took all five kids on a Saturday and we were done in one hour! Always do online check-in! They could use more seating in the waiting area.
Get the kids in fast. Helpful staff for toddler haircuts. Check in on online app for fast service.
I love the staff and the results of my haircuts, but I don't like how customers who sign up online get priority. I went from 3rd or 4th on the list to 9th as other customers just walked in to receive cuts. Waited 75 min when in reality 25-30min should of been the max. I wouldn't mind if one or two people went ahead of me I get it but being moved down 6 slots is unfair to those who expect a first come first serve model of service. Otherwise fantastic service.
