Good service attention to detail.
I've been going there for years the staff is nice. Manager is awesome, but I keep getting stuck with Lindsey. $15 later I still need a good hair cut. I'm done with going there.. I'll go down street instead..
I have gone to Fantastic Sams for years, with mostly satisfactory results. Today was not great. I had a 45 minute wait. There were 4 people working and sometimes none were busy and I still waited. I couldn't tell what it was they were doing that they weren't taking care of customers. The waiting area wasn't packed. Then I was assigned a young woman who shampooed my hair but did not use conditioner. She started cutting my hair...it felt like she was cutting one hair at a time and 1/4 inch at a snip. She asked how I liked it when it was still wet and I really couldn't tell, so she reluctantly blow dried it a bit. I finally made some suggestions and she tenatively did a few more 1/4" snips. After nearly an hour of this I finally decided that I would be able to fix it when I got home and left.
It has been 10 years or more since I was at a fantastic sams. I wanted to start dyeing my hair professionally instead of boxes. I had a coupon for All over cover so I went in. The owner Kasey was able to decipher my crazy jargon and dye and cut my hair so beautifully. She didn't rush me and did an amazing job! She's got a permanent customer out of me. Much better job than an overpriced salon. Thanks Kasey!
I usually have a positive experience at FS but this location is the exception. I have stopped by here three times in the past four months and they always have an hour plus wait with no more than two stylists working. I have went to there competition each time and they have a staff of four to six and a 10-15 minute wait. Whoever owns/manages this location needs to get a clue.
