The customer service is fine, however the last two times I've been there to buy disk based games (one ps3, one wii u), I've always had to exchange one, because they keep selling me games that don't work. I'll give props for having a good return policy, but the fact that I always have to come back and exchange for working copies of games, means that I've given up on this store, and gamestop in general.
When I get money I always shop at GameStop. It would get four stars since it made me poor, but it rightfully earned five because it surpassed my needs greatly. It's just a great place for all ages.
I love walking into this Gamestop. The employees are always helpful and kind, and their prices on games are sometimes lower than those in bigger cities.
