My phone broke yesterday. BeMobile helped me thru the whole replacement process and I was told the new phone would be here tomorrow. It just got here! Less than one day and they were SO helpful!
I have phone service problems and in 3 visits, I got 3 different stories about what they could and would do to help me, and 2 stories were contradictory. No help at all, and they were very busy so I wasted lots of time with no solutions.
They lied about what they could do compared to the corporate store in ec. I had a broken phone 2mo before I was due for a new one, and the only options they gave me were to get my old phone fixed or break contact and lose my number to get a new phone. I asked specifically if this was the same information I would get in ec and she said yes. I drove to ec and got a new phone without losing my number or taking a money hit. I have no issue with them having done limitations. Lying about it is another thing. Drive 30 min and go to ec.
So knowledgeable and friendly. Tablet deal is awesome.
