I made an appointment for 9 am and my truck was not taken In the shop to be worked on until 10:15 am. Had problems afterwards with the air conditioner that they worked on. My co-worker experienced same problems after getting truck back and problems were still there and not solved. It seems like they work on the trucks to get them out of the shop but never check their work. Is it that hard to turn on the air to see if it blows out cold air? I rest my case.
