We had rented from American Patriot Storage for seven years. Our family moved to the Menomonie area in 2010 and needed three units to accommodate all of our household items as we initially were moving into an apartment. We met with Tony Baier, the owner, regarding our needs and he showed us three units that were very close to each other and on the same side. (This was very helpful for the moving trucks to unload.) The location is great, just north of Walmart on Highway 25, and there is security surveillance on site. It is also regularly patrolled by the county. The units are impeccably well-kept and readily accessible at any time. There is also outdoor lighting outside the units. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the facility and there are brooms available around the property to use to sweep units periodically or for move-outs. The pricing is more than fair and the personal "service with a smile" you get from Tony cannot be beat! Just this year, we vacated our last of the three units. You can't go wrong renting here, and trusting American Patriot for your storage needs! Thank you Tony for a pleasant, hassle-free experience!

I have rented from American Patriot Storage for numerous reasons and each time was a very pleasant experience. The owner takes pride in his customer service; Example I called on a Friday night looking for an available unit, I called to places prior to calling American Patriot Storage. Both of them said on a vm if i wanted to rent a unit i must set up an appointment from the hours of 8am and 4pm. M-F I work from 8 am to 4 pm. I called and spoke with the owner of American Patriot storage, he offered to come out that night and let me in if need be. For that reason alone i would recommend American Patriot Storage
My second time with American storage unit and the owner is great. Drove me around with the golf cart and lend me a lock for the storage unit. Great experience again. Highly recommend.
