Comfort of beds, pillows: outstanding!
A HOME AWAY from HOME. Laura and her staff are friendly and always makes us feel at home when we stay at The Best Western.
Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the walls were pretty sound proof so it was nice and quiet. They staff made things really nice and easy for breakfast they even helped me grab things when my hands were full with a small child. I would have never expected that from a hotel staff member and she was above and beyond. I had a very positive experience and would have no issues coming back for another stay.

Very clean and well decorated rooms, super comfortable beds and a great staff. Would definitely stay here again! Very accommodating to teams/large groups.

I’ve never taken the time to fill out a review before but considering the overall satisfaction and positive experience of my recent stay, I wanted to leave a review that would be beneficial to someone looking for a hotel in the Menomonie area. Everything about the stay was very nice. Can’t go wrong with choosing Best Western in Menomonie!
The breakfast is very good. And my husband enjoyed using the fitness center.

Readiness of staff to provide anything needed or wanted from hot water, hot coffee, fresh baked cookies, a 2 am snack or a place to do Sudoku puzzles or a comfortable chair to read in: outstanding!!!!
