It's a lot nicer to go here because you don't have to wait long..... Yet they should be open more Days of the week....
I've been in this location last Monday and today which is also a Monday trying to get my drivers license. The first time the lady found out I didn't get my license in my state and made me get a state ID. This time I walked in and talked to the man as the girl was doing road tests I hand him all the stuff I gave her the first time my out of state permit, the ID they made me get instead of the license, social security card, birth certificate and a bank statement for proof of residence. The guy looks at my out of state permit and asked me why they made me get a Wisconsin ID, when I told him that the girl had made me do it his only response was "Oh." and then telling me to sit to wait for a new picture. The lady comes back from the road tests and calls me back up then asks me when my out of state permit expires(something in ridiculously big bolded letters on the permit) something that could've been three weeks away but is now two. Then tells me she thinks they're booked until then which how couldn't they be they're only open four to five times until then. Also tells me she put me through the ID process last week in case my permit expired and I needed to get a Wisconsin permit... something that can be knocked out in a single trip once they print off my paper ID. Then I go home to schedule a road test and type in my Wisconsin ID to have the website tell me I'm not eligible for any road tests. Good thing it's 4:30 and I can still call them because they close at 5 right? Well I get past the computer that barely has a speak to a person option and its 4:37 and of course it's too late for anyone to answer the phone and I won't have another chance until Wednesday.
