I tried to file bankrupcy and I put a $200 down payment to get things started. Well all i got for my money was credit councelling numbers to reach on my own. Asif this was not bad enough I returned wks later to see how it things were moving on. I was then told that the $200 down payment was for the reffals to credit councellors nothing was even started or set up at all. When I asked for my money back because I was told nothing was done about my account but the credit refferals. They refused to even give that back. I felt duped I still have the reciept andI am reporting this to the BBB
