Working with any insurance company, you would expect that they would want to only pay out for damages that they absolutely had to, but this wasn't the case. Working with State Farm, they were reasonable about what was damaged and what wasn't worth repair. It was great to hear "Just replace it" rather than "I bet that could be cleaned up" or "It's not that bad". I think the final endorsement I can give is actually from the clean-up company that we contracted with, they asked "Who are you working with for Insurance?" when we were 6 hours into the clean-up. I told them "Jackie Hunt and State Farm" which prompted the following response:
