Came in for a really bad bloody nose, everyone was really friendly, especially the doctor who helped fixed my nose. She even cleaned up my face after it was all finished. I'm not from Menomonie so I was really impressed with how they handle my situation.
Good people. Seem to care. Their new computer systems are really a distraction. I would expect better from a Mayo Health System affiliate. Over a week since being in emergency with chest pains. Wonder if they will ever follow up.
I am going to write about my son's experience. He went to the ER Tonight and had the worse doctor ever I had him once too and I refuse to be seen by him.. he's the rudest man ever. My son has been having pain for weeks and all the doctor did was tell him to go to the free clinic then gave him someone else's discharge papers. To me he should not even be working in a hospital. He doesn't listen and has the worse bedside manner then anyone I know. He just better hope nothing happens to my son cause he didn't do anything for him his butt will be sued.
Everyone is so kind and the care is thorough. Very impressed.
My son has been there, initial experience great. Every experience after was not. My son is diabetic and needs to be seen regularly. Will seek new clinic. God forbid you ask a question of a staff member, you're treated like a whiner or an idiot.
