Employees and therapists are very friendly, the receptionist knew me by name after one visit. I have Michael as my therapist and he is great! Listens to my concerns and addresses them with his own insight. He definitely knows what he's doing plus he is pleasant. They give you either a t-shirt or a bag and everytime you go to your appointment with either you get your name put into a drawing for a free 30 minute massage! Really a great place. Very clean, no odor, lot of equipment.
Very happy with the adjustments and posture training that I received at Optimum. I now understand why the pain is happening and can adapt my posture to prevent a repeat. Thanks!
