Body Works is a great place to work out, tan, or take aerobic classes. I really enjoy working out here because the free weight section is kind of separated from the elliptical, treadmills, stair climbs, and glider machines. This is nice because i don't need to see or listen to the meat heads lifting free weights. They also have a bunch of TV's and Free Wifi! There is a sauna in the mens/womens room and the mens is usually @ 160degrees and if you dump water on it you are about to sweat away the pounds. I really this place because the owner is very serious about making the customer happy, any business that cares about the customer will always win.
The facility is brand new (they've moved from an older facility).
Bodyworks is a great place to workout. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. They cater to all "types" at Bodyworks, folks who are extremely fit all the way to extreme beginners. I've always felt very comfortable asking for help from the staff and we use their childcare on a regular basis.
