Wonderful service and friendly sales people who don't just try to sell sell sell, they make sure you get what you want. They'll take their time with you, yet give you enough time to look and see if you want anything. The sales girl, Miranda, that helped me knew what she was doing and made my experience quite wonderful. Love this store.
Beautiful store and furniture.
Ordered a new bed and adjustable box spring! Along with a couch a love seat! Thinking Oh sweet they deliver and they told us they will set it all up and take away all the cardboard old bed etc!! Thinking it was going to be very painless...
So I told the guy no problem just set up the electrical base put it off to the side and I will have to deal with taking down my old frame when I get home . He was very apologetic! So I said ok I understand ! Until I get home to find everything in its packages just setting there in my room! Like what u couldn't even put the electric base together for me ? I start to open it little boxes of parts everywhere .... I call!!! The soonest they could get here was two days later when I called at 3pm and she states Oh I'm sorry the drivers are already back for the day!!!! I have no bed to sleep on how can I wait two days for someone to come fix there mistake!!! Are u kidding me?? Sorry I will never buy another thing from this company!!!

So come to find out the very unknowledgeable staff never asked us what kind of frame we had.... so I am getting a call from the delivery man stating the bed won't work with our frame !!! And yes a phone call due to me having to work because the only delivery time available was from 11-1 (isn't that when normal people work?) So ok I dealt with that and had someone there !!!
