I personally will never deal with this Florist again. There was an internet company that was used too place the order since we do not live close and we had confusion with them and eventually got the order placed. Once the florist got the order they waited until 2 pm on a Friday (the following day from when they got the order) to call to set up a delivery time. When we called back at 4pm when we were able to, they told us that we should have called sooner because they are done delivering. Then proceeded to tell us that it's our fault for not calling them direct and using the internet service even though they had the order sitting there all day. Ultimately we canceled the order when they told us to have my mother come to the shop and get them herself. Nice birthday gift! Thanks but I'm good finding someone else for my flowers.

Every time I go to Lakeview Floral it's a very pleasant experience and the employees are very helpful and friendly.
they went above and beyond to correct the issue. which was partially my fault. if something happens they will be sure that you are happy in the end.
great delivery times! but they are very different from the picture. if you want the right color flower be sure to call and leave tons of notes.
