i heard the dental clinic was great for fixed income social security patients- i called Michelle to inquire about the rates. she mailed an application, filled it out and sent copy of my income. hoping i would qualify for for a large discount.that i had heard about. Michelle told me i would qualify for discount. so made appointment, still not knowing what the exact discount would be, then i was given the exam. now i was informed that the discount was far less then i thought. Michelle informed me i would not get any other discounts because i did not live in a area that would get discounts. she was well aware i was not living in this area. so the cost of visit was beyond my means, not knowing the price. so now i have bill for visit, but cannot continue because of the cost. Michelle did NOT inform me about the cost, then lied saying she did! Michelle mislead me. so i think she should work at a drive-up window at fast food restaurant screwing up orders
The staff here is incredible! Sometimes the front desk staff could seem a little less bothered by being there. However, they've never been rude. As for the assistants and Tatiana Volin DDS (Dentist) are the best I've encountered. Kenzie was one of the sweetest assistants though, she's by far my favorite. Dr. Volin is doing wonderful things with my teeth!!
If you're wanting a dentist that has great bedside manner and puts you and your comfort first, this is the place to go!!
My visit was completely opposite of what I had imagined for a dental visit. Instead of the dreaded horror/pain fest you expect at a dental visit, I was surprised with a very calm atmosphere with professional attitudes and genuine concern over your comfort and anxiety levels. Dr. Serres is a superb dentist, and Katie P. is an amazing RDH, very kind and considerate, and excellent at her job.
Dr. Serres is a friendly, great, dentist. He really puts me at ease. My favorite hygienist is Katie P. She's really friendly. Both of them will let you know the out of pocket cost on something not covered by your insurance. If they aren't sure, they will check. I have anxiety problems and Katie went out of her way to make sure I was doing okay (after I told her). The place is very clean in the waiting area and in the back where you are seen. The receptionists that I have dealt with, and the cashier, are friendly. The women's restroom is clean and well maintained.
My kids and I had a great experience! The staff made us feel welcome. They made sure we were comfortable and at ease our entire visit. I would recommend them to anyone!!
