First, I did not buy a car from here. Not because of anything they did, I just found something elsewhere. But my visit there was quite enjoyable. Jordan P was terrific. I didn't feel pressured at all. He was engaging and friendly. I really did want to buy a car from him. No, I don't know him personally, but everyone makes it a life mission to degrade people in "bad" situations. I just wanted to give props to someone who deserves a little accolade

They simply do all they can to rip you off. But they hide that fact with smiles and "free" coffee and water. You pay for it when they rip you off with repairs.

Probably the rudest interaction I have ever had with a place of business in my entire life. I had quite a few issues that they failed to resolve and this in turn lead to hundreds of dollars in damages to my car.

As a result of the tires going flat suddenly due to a significant loss in tire pressure, I shredded one tire. When I took that tire in they MAGICALLY found the problem with it! How interesting that after I now have to fork out another $200 for a new tire do you find an problem. When I was upset that they didn't find this issue before, and that I was out of a tire, they simply shrugged and went "Well, we didn't drive on it. So this isn't our fault." That is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed.

I also asked the owner to explain why the price went up drastically to fix my suspension on my car. I called around August of 2017 to get a quote to fix the front struts on my car. I was told $650 by Keyes. I called around and got the number $600 from another place. I figured I would go to Keyes because I used to get member rewards for service. However I didn't have the money on me at the time (as I am a college student) to make the repairs, so I waited. I called Keyes back about a month and a half later to see what it would be, and suddenly the price was $800 for the whole procedure. When I called the other location it was the same price. When I asked Joe Keyes he didn't have an answer, stating maybe the prices went up. Odd how one place the price stays the same, but Keyes it goes up for no good reason.

I took my car to another shop to get a replacement tire, and this gentleman stated that Keyes must not have sanded down the rims of my car before putting the tires on. He said you should do this so that a layer of corrosion cannot build up and cause the tires to leak. When I called the owner and asked him if that is what they do, the owner said "Well I'm not sure, but I don't see why we would do that if there isn't any corrosion on the rim that we can see. So he basically admitted to me they do not put tires on properly.

Will never take my car there again. Rude, inconsiderate, and will not own up to their mistakes.

The service was performed quickly while I waited in the customer lounge. Upon receiving my vehicle back from the service, it was returned to me washed.........much appreciated!

I recently had a recall service performed on my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu.

My interaction with the owner was very unprofessional. All he was doing was trying to cover himself and his business from the shotty work they did on my car. He would not own up to his mistakes. He was also using statements to accuse me of damaging the tire, and taking any responsibility whatsoever. Didn't even acknowledge that his staff may have screwed up. And I can guarantee that he will response to this post trying to justify and cover himself. He will most likely try to point the finger at me again.

A breath of fresh air. The service was fast and affordable. No up sales on service I don't need. Honest and fair. Worth the drive to Menomonie. Tired of the Chippewa Falls dealer that kept pushing repairs that were not needed. A dealer's reputation is built from their service department Keyes has earned my respect and loyalty.

I purchased a new set of tires from them, and ever since I have been having nothing but issues with them losing air. I understand tires lose pressure over time, but at the rate I am losing air something was not right. I took my car to them several times after this to see if I had a leak. According to them my tires were fine. I have had four flat tires in the span of purchasing them, and this over one year.

Started out by just wanted to take a new Equinox diesel for a test drive. Paul and Randy wanted to know if we wanted prices to trade. We loved our 2012 Equinox, and were hesitant to trade. Sales staff made every effort to get the deal done.
