Best bowling alley I have ever been to the people working were so so happy
The people that work their are incredibly rude, even the mangers. They like to charge you for bowling and then tell you they have no shoes your size. When we asked to get our money back they were so rude and wouldn't.
what you get depends on the night you go there. If you go on the weekend, its great. Friendly staff. If you go during the week, the staff makes sure you know that you being there is an inconvenience for them. Closes early no matter how many people are there. You'll see a group of people come in at 9:30, and being sent away because he wants t close at 10. Every single night. We now go to Eau Claire to bowl on weeknights, which sucks because we live walking distance from Broadway Bowl.
The staff there sucks vary very rude it was like pulling teeth when we needed help with the bowling lanes dissapointed and the price was way over priced I well never go there again and it was for my girls birthday party your bowling alley suxs save your money people go to Wagner's in eau Claire
Wouldn't even give it one star if it were an option.. Machines don't work properly, barely any staff working on a BUSY night.. Also act like they're "kid friendly" yet barely have any kid sized balls and only one ramp in the whole place so if anyone else is using it you're screwed.
