Nice place. Standard Caribou selection. Good bagels and the salmon shmear is tasty.
Terrible experience. Took 3 times to get order correct I asked if this was what I ordered oh she didn't put that oh she didn't tell us that. Didn't tell person that it was a Northern lite turtle cooler. The other order was to be dairy free. The girls were TOO worried about sweeping the floor. More training is NEEDED at this Caribou. I generally don't complain but this was terrible

I gave three stars however because I see employees lick their fingers while making food here all the time. I'm not a germ freak so it doesn't bother me, but I was under the impression that in food service people wear gloves when preparing food.
Everyone is always kind and happy! My favorite is a plain bagel toasted with blueberry shmear!
